From the 1st January 2020, the services at The Hodge Hill Family Practice have been provided by Eden Court Medical Practice.
Why are things changing at my GP Practice?
The NHS recently undertook a procurement process to appoint a provider to deliver medical services at The Hodge Hill Family Practice. As of the 1st of January 2020 the services at The Hodge Hill Family Practice will be provided by Eden Court Medical Practice.
What is going to happen next?
Eden Court will be starting work immediately with the existing doctors and staff to get ready to run The Hodge Hill Family Practice from 1 January 2020.
The services patients currently receive from The Hodge Hill Family Practice will continue and will continue to be delivered by many of the existing practice staff, in the same building.
Do I need to do anything?
No, you do not need to do anything. You will continue to receive primary care services, as normal, despite the change in provider.
Weekday appointments will be available between 08:00-18:30 at Hodge Hill Family Practice. Evening and weekend appointments are available at Harlequin Surgery – please book these as normal through the Hodge Hill reception.
