First Contact Practitioners are here to support patients with any physical body pain such as back, muscle and joint pains.
Care Coordinator

Care Co-ordinators are here to support patients through health and care systems, giving them the support patients who are living with frailty or multiple long term physical or mental health conditions.
Health Visitors
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
The health visitors are based off site and can be contact via telephone on 0121 752 1295.
