Every week, a significant number of GP and nurse appointments are lost because patients do not attend (DNA) and do not cancel. These missed appointments have a real impact on our ability to provide timely care.

- They lead to wasted NHS resources
If you can no longer attend your appointment, please contact the practice as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Even cancelling on the same day is helpful.
